Biplanes Fight ("the App") is a biplane combat game developed as an independent project. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App does not collect data and never sells or shares personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device:

• Player progress – Level and XP stored in UserDefaults and protected by iOS Keychain.
• Game preferences – Used to trigger App Store review prompts.

This data never leaves your device during offline play.

2.2 Online Play Data

When using “Play Online”, the following data is transmitted to our server:

• Current player level (non-identifying integer)
• Gameplay state updates (positions, actions)

No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected or stored.

2.3 Contact Email

If you contact us via email, your message is handled by your email provider’s privacy policy. We use emails only to respond to support requests.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, or account credentials
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
• Location data
• Analytics or advertising data
• Cookies or tracking technologies

4. App Store Review Requests

Review prompts are handled by Apple’s SKStoreReviewController API. No data is sent to us.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Data Security

Local data is protected using iOS Keychain security mechanisms.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

This policy may be updated in future app releases.
